    Important things to note about our Online Order Request Form

    • This is an online order request form ONLY and may need to be approved by the veterinarian.
    • On certain occasions, the veterinarian will require to see your pet before we dispense the medication to ensure that this medication, its size and dose is still appropriate for your pet. If this is the case, we will call you to arrange an appointment.
    • If you are a new client and would like a medication refill for your pet, we will need to see a script from a previous Vet or patient history showing the history of your pet on the medication.
    • Please allow roughly 7 days for your order to arrive. We will contact you when your order is ready for pick up from our clinic. If it is an urgent order, please call us on 9764 6066
