Dr Todd May
Todd is one of the Veterinarians and practice owners at Animal Tracks Vet and graduated his Bachelors and Master of Veterinary Science from The University of Sydney. He has been practicing Veterinary Medicine for over 20 years and is especially interested in small animal medicine, orthopedics, pocket pets and ‘Dad jokes’. Todd’s furry family includes two little Maltese X dogs, James and Lily and three cats, Adrian, Bella and Fluffy.
Dr Catriona Grant
Catriona is one of the owners and Veterinarians at Animal Tracks Vet. She completed her undergraduate degrees of Science and Veterinary Science at The University of Sydney. As well as her undergraduate study she has gained Membership to the Australian College of Veterinary Scientists in the field of Veterinary Medicine, and has been in general practice for more than 20 years. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery and preventative medicine. She shares her home with an opinionated (and slightly overweight) Burmese cat called “Manuel”.
Dr Connie Lam
Connie is an experienced Veterinarian with over 10 years of full time experience working in small animal practice. She graduated in 2005 from the University of Sydney with Honours and in 2010, acquired membership (by examination) of the Australian and New Zealand College of Veterinary Scientists in Small Animal Medicine. She has worked in busy clinics in Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, including emergency and specialist hospitals. Connie enjoys all aspects of general practice and the variety of cases she gets to see every day. She has a special soft spot for scruffy dogs and big cats. She has 2 cats called Sooty and Simon and 2 dogs Toto and Peanut. Outside of work, she is a mum to 3 young kids (Emily, and twin boys, Timothy and Thomas) who she takes a break from when she comes to work!
Christina is an experienced receptionist with 12 years of experience. She shares her home with a very fluffy white cat named Dakota. She also loves to volunteer at zoos and animal sanctuaries in her spare time.
Mairead has over 10 years of customer service experience through a number of roles. She is also a very skilled entertainer and does fire twirling performances around Australia!
Olga moved to Australia in 2016 and completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing as a student nurse with us. However, we loved having her around so much that we asked her to stay and now she works as a fully qualified Vet Nurse. Before making the big move, Olga worked in Ukraine as a veterinary assistant and has a special interest in X-ray radiography. Unfortunately she cannot have any pets in her current apartment, but if she could, she would have a Corgi and a Maine Coon.
Senior Veterinary Nurse
Nicole is a Senior Veterinary Nurse at Animal Tracks Vet. She completed her Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing in 1998 and has a background in animal nutrition. Nicole has almost 20 years of nursing experience and is passionate about cat and dog nutrition, pathology and organizing (yes, she makes sure everything is back in its place!). She is also the proud mum of one spoilt rescue cat George and two little girls, Jordyn and Taylor.
Jessica completed a Bachelor of Animal and Veterinary Bioscience at University and is now studying Certificate IV in Vet Nursing. Before vet nursing, she was working at an animal shelter where she was involved in training, behavioural rehabilitation and adoptions. Now at Animal Tracks Vet, Jessica runs our puppy preschool classes and loves finding our kittens their perfect new parents. Her fur family currently consists of her Border Collie ‘Joshua’, Rottweiler ‘Sophie’ and 3 cats ‘Venus’, ‘Zoe’ and ‘Rupert’.
Sarah joined the team in early 2017. Prior to vet nursing, she worked a 9-5 office job for 9 years before finally finding her calling in helping animals. Sarah is passionate about dogs and has had a canine companion all her life. She is currently studying her Certificate IV and is mother to two cute pomeranians.
Cassey started at Animal Tracks Vet after a week of work experience in year 10 and she hasn’t left since! She started off as a animal attendant before completing her Certificate 4 in Veterinary Nursing and then a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science at University. Her special interests are pocket pets and volunteering in her spare time. She now works full time in an office and escapes back to the animals as our Saturday nurse. Cass is the human to a rescued pound pup ‘Kipper’.
